Washington: Elon Musk brought back the blue bird that flew away on Twitter. Musk replaced Twitter’s famous blue bird with a dog, the meme of the Dogecoin cryptocurrency, as the new logo.
The only change is in the desktop version of the micro-blogging site. The mobile app is currently unchanged. Today, Musk brought back the bluebird again. Musk’s change received a mixed response from consumers.
This meme dog was created as a joke in 2013. Last month, someone jokingly asked if the image of a dog should be used as a logo on Twitter. Musk has since promised to do so. Musk then made it clear that he kept his word with the logo change. However, the Dogecoin price spiked after Twitter’s logo change. The price has increased by more than 30 percent.
