Elon Musk, the head of SpaceX and Tesla, has come forward with allegations that WhatsApp is leaking user data. Musk tweeted that WhatsApp is leaking data every night and some people still think it’s safe. Musk made this clear in his reply to X user’s post.
Meanwhile, neither WhatsApp nor Zuckerberg have yet responded to Musk’s allegations. At the same time, John Carmark, a computer programmer and video game developer, came forward against Musk’s accusation. Asked if there was any evidence, John said that Meta may be collecting data and usage patterns and that the messages are secure. Before this, Musk has come out against Meta owner Zuckerberg.
