The Impressario Event Management India Limited, are the producers of the pageant. They said recently that, “Through Miss Kerala contest, we are aiming to find a global ambassador of Kerala youth, one whose ambitions and aspirations match with that of the current young generation with all its fortitude.”
Miss Kerala, which was launched in 1999, has by now become a stage for the young and beautiful aspirants of the state, to showcase themselves.
This year the public were also given a chance to participate in the selection of the contestants for the preliminary, which was held on August 13. The number one social networking site, ‘Facebook’, became the ground for that ‘democratic’ movement…!
