International Malayalam Film Award Function 2012
International Malayalam Film Awards approach can be seen from the way it’s handled. A strict selection process that goes in getting the nominees itself is different, to the way the night is planned to the audience to the premium-ness and exclusivity maintains through the event, its way beyond the ordinary. To set a trend in the awards industry, International Malayalam Film Awards, works on an ‘invited only’ guest list of approximately 900 prominent people from various walks of life. Being an official dinner event by the Dubai Government and Dubai Tourism department, International Malayalam Film Awards delivered a niche networking audience along with the celebrities. The venue was highly lauded by the invite only event with some of the finest crowds of various nationalities. Foreign dignitaries and Ambassadors also attended the event along with some leading Investment bankers. In support with the Dubai Government, along with the Union day celebrations, Dubai witnessed a great evening that lives up to its diversity. The awards night also premiered ‘Dubai Art Exhibition’ showcasing a grand portrayal of select art at the Burj Khalifa steps.
