In France, 11,883 new covid cases were reported. There are currently over 10,000 cases per day. French President Emmanuel Macron has warned that the number of covid victims in the country is on the rise. Those aged 65 and over from December 15 will have to show the covid Booster Jab, which will increase the validity of the health pass. The president said the booster’s job should be to attend hotels, attend cultural events and travel on intercity trains.
Of the six million people eligible to be vaccinated in France, some have not been vaccinated with the first dose. Macron urged people to come forward and get vaccinated. He said that along with covid, more attention will be given to protecting people from infectious diseases and other winter diseases.
