Vienna: The spread of covid in Austria is at its worst. In this context, a complete lockdown has been announced in the country. Chancellor Alexander Schellenberg has announced that the lockdown will begin on Monday. The country is set to be shut for ten days from Monday. Schellenberg said the decision would be made after ten days of evaluating the extent of the covid.
Despite months of awareness, many people are still not ready to get the vaccine right. The aim is to vaccinate all the people in the country by February 1 next year, Schellenberg added.
