Thiruvananthapuram: The state government is launching a radio channel. Radio Kerala, an internet radio station, will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Tuesday. The Public Relations Department is in charge. The Government of Kerala and Radio Kerala are aiming to make Kerala’s language, culture, literature and the daily changes in the state accessible to the Malayalees of the world. Radio Kerala will bring about 50 new programs to the listeners. Every hour there is news. Radio programs can be heard online at www.radio.kerala.gov.in V.K. Prashant MLA will preside over the function. The song written by Prabhavarma was composed by the famous music director Ouseppachan.
