Kochi, Kerala – June 24, 2024: Actor Dharmajan Bolgatty and his wife Anooja celebrated their enduring love with a re-wedding ceremony today at a temple in Kochi. The intimate ceremony, held on their 18th wedding anniversary, saw the couple officially register their marriage after eloping sixteen years ago.
While their relationship has blossomed over nearly two decades, with two daughters, Vaiga and Vedha, completing their family picture, the initial elopement bypassed the legalities of marriage registration. Dharmajan, known for his comedic roles, announced the unique ceremony with a playful social media post earlier in the day. A photo of him and Anooja, dressed in traditional attire, was captioned with, “My wife is getting married again. The groom is…me only.”
Close family and friends, including their children, witnessed the heartwarming ceremony. Though a larger celebration might be expected, Dharmajan reportedly opted for a private affair due to the absence of some key family members, including his parents and Anooja’s father.
