Kollam: The bail plea of Vismaya’s husband Kiran Kumar, has been rejected. With this, the accused will remain in judicial custody.
The Sasthamcotta First Class Judicial Magistrate’s Court rejected Kiran’s bail application.
Defendant argued in court that he was suffering from mental illness and was addicted to video games. But the court rejected all these arguments. Adv. BA Aloor appeared for Kirankumar.
Kirankumar is currently lodged in the Neyyattinkara sub-jail. Once he recovered from covid, he will be taken back into police custody.
