Kochi: Rape case against Congress MLA Eldhose Kunnappilly. FIR registered. The report was handed over to the court. The woman will undergo a medical examination. The crime branch report was handed over to the court. Serious charges have been found against Eldhos. Last day, the complainant gave a statement to the crime branch that she had been raped several times, in which the complainant disclosed the evidence of Eldhos’s crime.
The crime branch team also asked for the mobile phone of the woman to collect digital information. Based on this, the woman will present the mobile phone to the crime branch office. Also, more evidence has come out against Eldhose Kunnappilly.
The records prove that Eldhos was in Kovalam on the 14th. On 14th and 15th, Eldhos took a room at Kovalam guest house. The woman stated that she was assaulted on the same day. The woman has also stated that PA Danny Paul and his friend Jishnu were with Eldhos.
Therefore, the crime branch team will collect the CCTV footage soon. Based on the woman’s statement, more charges will be filed against Eldhos. The district crime branch went into further action. With the imposition of more sections, the crime branch will have to take action including arrest.
