Thiruvananthapuram: Health Minister Veena George has said that the spread of the third wave in the state has reduced by 16 percent. Quarantine is not mandatory for expatriates coming home for short leave but they should be inspected as per the central directives. Health Minister Veena George told the media that health workers need to ensure safety standards, such as the N95 mask and PP kit.
