MLA PV Anwar, who got bail in the case of attack on the forest office, was released from jail. Nilambur First Class Magistrate Court granted bail at 5 pm. PV Anwar, who was lodged in Tavanur Central Jail, was released after completion of legal proceedings at 8:30. The supporters received the MLA shouting slogans.
Thanking God, Anwar said that he is ready to work with the UDF to bring down the Pinarayi government. Anwar said that he held unofficial talks with the UDF leaders.
The MLA said that the behavior in the jail was bad and he did not eat lunch for fear of getting poisoned. After being released from jail, Anwar’s followers followed him from Thavanur to Nilambur
