Thiruvananthapuram: Postal voting by the Election Commission (EC) will be held from today at 30 designated places in the state for employees working in the essential services sector who are unable to go to the polling station and register to vote. Eligible voters have been notified by the concerned Returning Officer of the place where they are to go to vote.
