Thiruvananthapuram: Police commando Vaishakh today suspended for the ballot fraud in Kerala. The Crime Branch (CB) investigated into the allegation that the Kerala Police Association (KPA) had collected absentee ballots of scores of officers tasked for poll duty in a bid to commit massive postal voter fraud purportedly in favor of the ruling front.
A case registered against Vaishakh. According to Crime Branch, Vaishakh led to collecting the absentee ballots. The action against another four police officials will come after a detailed investigation, officials said.
