Kannur: Excise team with MDMA drug hunt in Kannur Mambaram. 156.74 grams of MDMA was seized in the car. PP Ismail, a native of Pathiriad, was arrested in connection with the incident. Drugs worth Rs 14 lakh were seized. The accused was caught by the Pinarayi Excise Range team.
Two youths in Thrissur with deadly drugs were at large two days ago. Two people were caught with five and a half grams of MDMA. Joel, a native of Edavalang, and Swalih, a native of Methala, were arrested. Police arrest the accused from Kaipamangalam at night.
In Thrissur Kaypamangalam, the accused who were arrested in the past few days were in the list of those related to drug dealing with students. Vishnu and Jinesh were caught by the Excise Special Squad with 15.2 grams of MDMA. By checking the list of people related to them, it became clear that the students were being supplied with drugs.
