Kozhikode: In the wake of the Class 10 Christmas question paper leak, the investigation team has issued a look-out notice for M Shuhaib, CEO of YouTube channel MS Solutions, Koduvally. The move is to prevent Shuhaib from going abroad. Shuhaib was not present yesterday, although the investigating team had asked him to appear for questioning.
In this case, the action is based on the assessment that there is a possibility to go abroad. It is reported that other employees of the institution will also be summoned for questioning by giving a notice. The crime branch is investigating the question paper leak case.
The FIR was lodged on the basis of preliminary investigation. Shuheb has also been implicated. crime branch has registered an FIR under seven sections, including breach of trust. The performance of other private tuition institutes which have predicted questions along with MS Solutions will also be examined. The mobile phone, laptop and computer seized from the MS Solutions office will also be sent for forensic examination. The police received the mobile data in formatted form.
The statements of the teachers cooperating with the online institutes will be taken. A list of teachers has been prepared. Police have received information that some aided school teachers prepare questions for online centres. This will also be investigated.
