Kochi: The Enforcement Directorate has said that an affidavit will be filed within two days in the Kodakara money laundering case involving BJP leaders. The court heard a petition filed by Salim Madavoor seeking an inquiry into the Kodakara money laundering case. The petitioner alleged that the ED was assisting the accused without taking a stand. The petitioner contended that one of the accused had applied to the District Court for release of the vehicle and informed the court that there was no ED inquiry against them in it. The petitioner pointed out that the ED had assisted the accused in this way. The petition was adjourned for consideration next week.
