Kozhikode: Elathur train attack case accused Shahrukh Saifee has come to Kerala for the first time, ADGP M. R. Ajith Kumar. The ADGP stated that Saifee was a radical and had come to Kerala with a plan to commit such an act. He said that UAPA was imposed in the situation where there was definite evidence.

It is also clear that Saifee, who is a radical, watches many such videos. The ADGP said that they are investigating whether anyone else got help. Within two weeks, everything related to the crime was collected and documented.
Saifee is twenty-seven years old and has completed his secondary education at the National Open School. The ADGP said that he has understood everything from Delhi to Kerala, reached Kannur after committing the crime and was caught in Ratnagiri, and has collected all the evidence in this regard. He came to Kerala with the intention of doing something like this.
