Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Legislative Assembly will become a completely paperless e-Assembly from November 1. Speaker MB Rajesh said that the ‘E’ Assembly project, the flagship project of the Kerala Legislative Assembly, is nearing completion. The formal launch of the paper decriminalization of all proceedings within the assembly will take place on November 1st.
