Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Electoral Officer Tikaram Meena has said that a case will be registered if someone is found trying to do more than one vote.
A list of dual voters will be prepared and given to the presiding officers. When those on the list come to vote, they have to put their fingerprints and buy a certificate.
All voters should be allowed to leave the polling booth only after the ink on their fingers has dried. The instruction in this regard was handed over to the District Collectors and Electoral Officers.
