Arvind Kejriwal’s plea challenging CBI arrest in Delhi liquor policy case dismissed by Delhi High Court The bench headed by Justice Neena Bansal Krishna upheld the CBI arrest and disposed of the bail plea. The High Court also stated that the trial court can be approached for bail. Earlier, the Supreme Court had granted bail to Kejriwal in the case taken by the ED. Kejriwal will have to remain in jail as he has not been granted bail in the CBI case. Kejriwal may approach the Supreme Court against the High Court verdict.
