Thiruvananthapuram: Kodiyeri Balakrishnan has vacated the post of CPM state secretary. Kodiyeri Balakrishnan had informed the CPM state secretariat that he should stand aside for treatment. Kodiyeri’s request for leave to go for further treatment was accepted by the state secretariat. It is not clear how long the leave will be. LDF Convener A Vijayaraghavan will replace him.
