Thiruvananthapuram: After a two-week onam break, the state will go to Complete lockdown again.
A meeting will be held by the Chief Minister today regarding the covid restrictions in the state. The meeting will discuss the covid restrictions avoiding closure in the state. Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during the next week. A Center-prescribed night curfew also will be imposed.
The government lifted lockdowns in previous weeks considering Onam days. The expert’s analyses that the rate of covid is increased in the state due to the failure in imposing home quarantine.
Today’s meeting will discuss whether the lockdown restrictions should be tightened in the state.
Passengers should take a pass for traveling tomorrow. Only a few shops will open tomorrow.
