Palakkad: A tribal youth was killed in a wild elephant attack in Attappadi Sholayur.Elephant killed Lakshmanan of Oothukuzhi. The attack took place in front of the house. The attack took place when Lakshmanan came out of his house at five o’clock this morning. Lakshmanan went out of the house to prepare for work needs. Relatives informed that the young man was seriously injured in the attack and died on the spot.
In Attapadi alone, four people have died due to wild boar attacks in the last four months.
