New Delhi: The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing of the Lavalin case for the 27th time. As the case is being heard today, the High Court adjourned it for two weeks after considering the application of one of the acquitted accused Francis.
The case is still pending and the court has issued a stern order. The CBI has appealed against the High Court judgment that acquitted Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, A Francis, in the Supreme Court.
