Tehri: Environmental activist Sunderlal Bahuguna has passed away. He was treated at AIIMS Hospital in Rishikesh. He was under treatment due to the covid infection.
Sunderlal Bahuguna is the leader who started the Chipco movement against deforestation. The movement was launched on March 26, 1974, in Raini, Uttarakhand.
