New Delhi: Sadhana Saxena Nair, the first woman to come in the position of Indian Army service as the General Medical Services. She also served as Directoral General Hospital services of the Armed Force.
She completed her graduation in Armed Force Medical College Pune, with an outstanding academic record. Then she joined the army medical corps in 1985, December. For her excellent service in the Army, the Indian Government honored her with Rashtrapathi’s Vishisht Seva Medal.
