New Delhi: Delhi has recorded the highest temperature in the history of India. Mungeshipur Meteorological Station recorded a temperature of 52.3 degrees Celsius this afternoon. Apart from Delhi, the temperature in some north Indian states also crossed 50 degrees.
Haryana government has brought the summer vacation of schools early due to extreme heat. After May 30, the IMD said that there will be relief from the heat wave. After May 30, many parts are predicted to receive rain.
Delhi’s power consumption has also hit an all-time record as temperatures rise.
