Bengaluru: India’s Gaganyaan launch will take place in 2025, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has announced. The Center has also announced that the Indian Space Station will be established by 2035. The first test flight of the Crew Escape System Test Vehicle as part of the Gaganyaan mission will take place on the 21st of this month. The decisions were taken at a high-level meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to assess the progress of India’s Gaganyaan mission.
It also includes various technologies developed so far such as manned launch vehicle and system qualification. Officials said 20 major tests are planned, including three unmanned tests of a manned launch vehicle.
