First HMP virus confirmed in India. The disease was first confirmed in Bengaluru. An eight-month-old baby has been diagnosed with the disease. The child is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bengaluru. At the same time, there is no confirmation whether it is the same virus that is spreading in China in Bangalore.
