Bhopal: A fire broke out at the Kamala Nehru Hospital in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The fire broke out in the children’s ward of the hospital. Four children were burnt to death in the incident. The incident took place around 9 pm on Monday.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that an attempt was made to evacuate the children immediately after the fire broke out and that 36 of the 40 children in the children’s ward had been rescued and a high-level inquiry had been ordered into the matter.
