New Delhi: CBSE will not allow examination centers for NEET exams outside the country. The NEET exam can be conducted only on one day at a time. It is not practical to start special examination centers for NRI students. CBSE has informed the Supreme Court of its explanation in this regard.
Meanwhile, the state has issued guidelines for conducting the NEET exam this year. Parents of students from Doha and Qatar have approached the Supreme Court citing COVID restrictions. Students coming from abroad or from other states to appear for the examination must be monitored for 14 days. Instructions have been given to set up separate classrooms for those under surveillance and those from the hotspot and containment zones.
