Thiruvananthapuram: Indian Railways has canceled 25 trains in the state in the wake of cyclone Yaas. The Ernakulam-Patna and Thiruvananthapuram-Silchar trains have been canceled. Odisha, West Bengal, and the Andaman coast are experiencing heavy rains ahead of Yaas. At the same time, the extremely low pressure in the Bay of Bengal has become extreme depression.
Warning that this could be a Cyclone Yaas. With the formation of Yaas, heavy rains lashed the coasts of Odisha, West Bengal, and the Andamans. Yaas is expected to touch the coast of North Odisha and West Bengal by Wednesday.
