New Delhi: Covid has confirmed that 16 people were brought to Delhi from Afghanistan yesterday. There were 78 people on board. Of the 78 people on board, 53 were Afghan nationals. There are 25 Indians. They have been admitted to the Quarantine Center in Delhi.
Earlier, the Union Health Ministry had said that those coming from Afghanistan must stay in quarantine for 14 days. Because of the situation in Afghanistan, the Covid test before boarding the plane was avoided. Those who have Covid symptoms or covid positive during the journey can be taken straight to the Delhi covid Care Center.
