New Delhi: The CBSE Plus Two exams has been cancelled in the country due to Covid expansion. The decision was taken at a meeting convened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The CBSE Plus One exam had been canceled earlier. The Plus Two exam was canceled due to the expansion of Covid and the lockdown in the states. Kerala had said that the examination could be held to ensure security.
The Class 10 exams were cancelled and Class 12 exams postponed following the second wave of Covid. The apex court was asked to respond on Thursday to a petition seeking cancellation of the postponed exams. The Prime Minister called the meeting in the wake of this. Ministers Prakash Javadekar and Rajnath Singh also attended the meeting.
