New Delhi: By-poll for Jose K Mani’s Rajya Sabha seat on 29th. Nominations can be submitted till November 16. The notification will be issued on November 9. The MLAs K N Unnikrishnan, VR Sunil Kumar, and Job Michael had filed the petition in the high court seeking direction to hold an election to the election commission. On January 11 last year, Jose K. Mani resigned.
