Delhi; A new tourist train is coming to the country. Indian Railways has come up with a new plan to further nurture the tourism sector as the expansion of Kovid has slowed down. The first phase of the tourist train, part of the central government’s Dekho Apna Desh project, will be implemented in five states.
The tourist train travels through the northeastern states of the country. The AC Dulux coach train is equipped with all modern facilities. Tourists can avail of the travel package which includes 15 days and 14 nights.
The journey starts from Delhi station and passes through the major northeastern countries of the country. It passes through Guwahati, Kaziranga, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, and Tripura. The trip will also include tourist destinations like Udaipur and Agartala Kohima
The journey will start from Delhi on November 26. Tourists can join the journey from Safdarjung, Kaziranga, Kanpur, Lucknow, Varanasi, and Patna.
