The Coimbatore Corporation has decided to tighten the restrictions on nursing students in Saravanapatti after confirming covid. The corporation has decided to introduce compulsory quarantine for students coming from Kerala to prevent the spread of covid. The order also states that quarantine is mandatory for students who have taken two doses of the vaccine.
Nationally, Kerala has reported the highest number of covid cases in the last few weeks. Covid confirmed 27,176 people in the country yesterday. Of these, more than 15,000 were reported in Kerala.
