Thiruvananthapuram: The Food and Civil Supplies Department has released the quantity of ration share for various ration cards in June. The Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AYA-Blue Card) category offers 30 kg of rice, five kg of wheat-free of charge, and a kilo of sugar for 21 rupees.
Priority members (Pink Card) will get four kg of rice and one kg of wheat at Rs 2 per kg. Both parties get one kg of pulses or cardboard free of cost under the PMGKY scheme. Those who do not receive it in April and May will receive an additional three kilos. As per the PMGKY scheme, each member of the card will get five kg of rice free of cost from 21st.
Each member of the General Category Subsidy (Blue Card) card will get two kg of rice at Rs 4 per kg. White cardholders in the general category get 2 kg of rice at Rs 10.90 per kg. Both parties can get one to three kilos of Atta for Rs 17 per kg. According to the Director of Civil Supplies, four liters of kerosene for the card of all the non-electrified houses will be issued at Rs 20 per liter.
