High Court notice against Bigg Boss reality show organized by Asianet. The High Court directed the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to urgently examine the content of the program. The intervention of the High Court is on a petition filed by High Court lawyer Adarsh S regarding the broadcast of the sixth season of the show.
Adarsh S filed the petition pointing out that there were illegal actions including physical assault during the program. The High Court has issued notices to the organizers of the show, Endamol Shine, Star India, the host of the show, Mohanlal, and the contestant of the show, Rocky. The court will consider the petition again on 25th of this month.
