The BCCI has revealed 17 members of the ODI squad for team India to play for ASIA CUP on Monday. The official announcement of the squad for the ODI World Cup was given after the selection meeting committee led by the chief selector Ajit Agarkar in New Delhi.
The India captain Rohit Sharma and Ajit Agarkar announced the team officially at a press conference. Tilak Varma and Prasidh Krishna also took part in the squad list along with Sanju Samson as a backup player. Shreyas Iyer and Kl Rahul have made a comeback from injury and Jasprit Bumrah has proven his solidity in the ongoing T20 series in Ireland where he is presiding over the team. Kl Rahul has been holding a ‘niggle’ and is not eventually the whole fit to reclaim his position of playing in the XI.
