New Delhi: India successfully tests helicopter-launched anti-tank missile India’s test of this missile, known as the Druvasthra, which is of great importance in the context of the ongoing conflict with China.
The missile was tested on the 15th and 16th of this month from the Integrated Test Range, a test center in Balasore, Odisha. The test was conducted without the assistance of a helicopter.
Steps are being taken to make the third generation missile Druvasthra weapon a part of the Indian Army. This missile is capable of reaching its target without being affected by climate change. It is designed to be launched from a light helicopter.
