Respected Sir,Madam,
I am Assanar.A. (from Karamana,Trivandrum,Kerala ) I and my wife has taken the first dose of Covid Shield.Later We book a slot in Kesavapuram Community Health Centre.There,We were not vaccinated due to shortage of vaccine.But When we reached back home ,my wife received a certificate of fully vaccinated.But she wasnt vaccinated.I have registered this complaint several times .
