New Delhi: The owner of a building in north Delhi has been arrested in connection with a fire accident that left 27 people dead. The fire broke out in a 4-story building near the Delhi metro station yesterday. Manish Lakkara, the owner of the absconding building, was arrested. Earlier, company owners Harsha Goel and Varun Goel were arrested. Eight were identified. Manish Lakkara will be subjected to detailed questioning.
