Moscow: The first high-level talks between Russia and Ukraine, which have been going on for 15 days, ended without a decision. The foreign ministers of the two countries held talks in Turkey yesterday. The ceasefire was discussed to establish humanitarian corridors and evacuate tens of thousands of people trapped in Mariupol, but no decision has been reached, the report said. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said he had not received any assurances from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Culebra also alleged that Lavrov’s reactions showed that he had no authority to make decisions. Kuleba has repeatedly stated that Ukraine has not surrendered and will not surrender.
