He appreciated the doctors and nurses of Kerala. Kerala has a library even in remote villages. The people in Kerala have an emotional relationship with libraries.
The libraries set up by P N Panikar’s movement become nerve centers of social and cultural works.
I am happy to note that the commendable work done by P.N. Panicker Foundation resulted in the setting up of P.N. Panicker Vigyan Vikas Kendra by the Government of Kerala as an autonomous organization, he said.
