New Delhi: The state government in the Supreme Court has said that the Plus One examination will not be canceled in Kerala. The government told the court that the Plus One exam would be held in September. The state has given an affidavit in the Supreme Court that it is ready to conduct the exam following the Covid protocol. The government is of the view that the cancellation of the examination will affect the future of the children.
A bench headed by Justice A.M. Khanwilker had made it clear yesterday that the court would issue an order on its own if the state did not inform the state’s stand today on the cancellation of the examination. The state government has decided to conduct the Plus One examination from September 6 to 16. Kerala hopes that Covid will come under control by this time.
