Thiruvananthapuram: Following the revelation of K Sundara, the police have registered a case against BJP state president K Surendran. The Badiaduka police have registered a case against him for violating the election model code of conduct.

In the Manjeswaram constituency, K Sundara has revealed that he withdrew his candidature from BJP leaders for Rs 2 lakh. The police then took legal action.

VV Ramesan, an LDF candidate in Manjeswaram, had filed a complaint in the Kasargod district police chief. The case was registered based on K Sundara’s statement to the police. Sundara told that the BJP then threatened him and his mother.
