Chennai: Relatives protest in front of Tamil Nadu Vellore Government Hospital following the death of Covid patients due to lack of oxygen. Relatives blamed the fall of the authorities on the deaths of Covid patients. They also demanded action against the culprits. Six Covid victims died of lack of oxygen.
Meanwhile, for the sixth day in a row, more than two lakh Covid patients in the country. In 24 hours, 2,59,170 people confirmed with covid. This brings the total number of cases to 1,53,21,089. Currently, the number of patients is over 20 lakh. According to government figures, 20,31,977 people are in treatment.
