Thiruvananthapuram: The health department has announced that 5,57,350 dosage Covishield vaccines have arrived in the state. Thiruvananthapuram received 1,89,000 doses of vaccine. Ernakulam and Kozhikode received respectively 2,18,850 and 1,49,500 doses of covishiled vaccine.
So far in the state, a total of 29,01,791 people have been vaccinated, including 25,19,549 people with one dose and 3,82,242 people with two doses. At the same time, the Covid-19 disease has been confirmed to 1989 peoples in Kerala. Outbreaks were reported in Kozhikode 301, Kannur 205, Thiruvananthapuram 202, Malappuram 193, Ernakulam 188, Kottayam 152, Kollam 147, Alappuzha 110, Pathanamthitta 101, Thrissur 94, Kasaragod 92, Idukki 89, Palakkad 72 and Wayanad 43.
